Ed was very well informed, explained what needed to be done, what didn’t need to be done and why in a clear way . My only complaint was that he was hard to get ahold of and vague about when his crew would be there. But they did get to the job within three weeks ( everyone else’s basement flooded too so the crews were very busy last summer) and completed the work quickly. The system works so hopefully the basement will stay dry. Their price was quite reasonable as well.

The team at key waterproofing did an exceptional job, did the job quickly, and did a better clean up than any other contractor that I've worked with before. We ran into a small snafu and the team quickly made me aware, addressed and corrected things

Stephen was the guy who contacted me first. He was very knowledgeable and direct. I appreciated that. The install guys were not the quickest but very good at their job. The job took time over a couple of days. But when they left you didn't know they were there. Thorough and clean for a basement job. Thank you.

They came out right away even though everyone and their brother is having wet basement issues. It took a little while to schedule but again that is because of all the torrential down pours we have been having - they were really backed up! Problem resolved for less than I what I was expecting. AND the job was in a basement crawl space - which is horrible to work in. Their crew was terrific!!

I knew that I needed waterproofing for the front of my basement as water would sometimes leak in during very heavy rain. After the work began, it was discovered that the entire perimeter of the basement needed the drainage system replace. This meant almost 4 times as much footage needed to be worked on, yet the cost was a little over double, not 4 times as much. I was very relieved when I was given that revised estimate. The work looks to be high quality, but I especially like that the work is guaranteed for the life of the home, even after I sell it.
