Our basement was in terrible shape with ancient cratered floor and frequent water and dampness issues, and we wanted a dry basement with useable space. The Key guys’ pricing was about the same as another well-known competitor, but Key offered and delivered more services including, notably, removing the entire existing floor and several inches of dirt below and rebuilding with layers of stone and concrete, in addition to installing the expected water infiltration collection system and water barrier wall panels. Wendel and Rick were very clear up front in describing what was needed and how they would solve the problems. They were very responsive throughout the process when we had questions, replying to phone and text messages right away. They completed the work in the time frame promised. We ended up with a beautiful, dry, clean smelling, clean looking basement."
