We had a large amount of work done in our basement, including a concrete slab being laid down and new pillars installed. The pillars were not installed per our agreement, the slab is cracked in several spots, our yard is filled with concrete and rocks from their installation, and the basement stairs were destroyed and took over a month to be repaired, these and other issues are why I am rating them a .5 I would rate 0 if possible. I was told they would come back and evaluate the situation however, they have not and it is now been several months. Do not use this company.

Wendell and his crew are very professional and provided great workmanship to restore our aging basement that needed a new floor and parging of all walls. They are very neat, hardworking and delivered a product above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Wendell and Key Waterproofing.

Wendell was great, he was a pleasure to do business with. He was very neat and always cleaned up each day. I had a sump pump put in and he fixed the demolition like it never happened. He also helped me move a few heavy pieces of furniture. I highly recommend him. Heâ  s a wonderful guy!
