Wonderful experience. They did a great job of putting sum pump in my basement. Wendel was on top of things right from day 1. Rick was busy and didn t attended my Calls but that didn t block my work. So far basement looks good without any water seeping through. Good thing about this team is that they put back whatever they open up in your basement. They digged corners, took the sheet rock out, put the sump pump, fix my water spouts, fixed whatever was digged, pur new sheet rocks, painted and took care of all the garbages. Overall great team. Only complain, they took more time to finish the work than their early commitment. May be too busy with many other things. Otherwise no complains. Work was excellent. I am planning to assign Wendel more work with my new projects as they work on multiple things. Such a good team and my recommendation to anyone who wants to get their work done professionally.

They did a great job on my sump pump. They were honest about the size of the system I needed. When there was an issue with the drywall, they made it right without any frustration on my side. Their pricing was a competitive market rate. I would recommend them.

Professionals, all the way! We had a great experience working with this company. The sales person, Rick, and Wendell and his great crew were courteous, efficient, clean, and most importantly, they did what they said they would do and showed up when they said they would. We had them remove old tiles and replace with engineered vinyl flooring in our basement. It looks amazing.

Key Waterproofing and Construction is the best. I was getting water in my cellar and only had a 1/2" of concrete on my floor. Wendel and his crew did a fantastic job putting in a new concrete floor and drain system. They did a lot of hard work. Wendel was great to work with. He is smart, pleasant, and had great ideas. Wendel put everything back the way it was and I have asked him to do some more construction, concrete , and epoxy projects for me because he is so good. Rick is his partner and handled all the upftont sales and pricing and was also great to work with. Their prices were very low and they gave me a great deal. I can't say enough good things about their company. They are a 5 star company I highly recommend and trust completely to do a great job and to make you very satisfied and happy you hired them.

Came late. Rushed to finish. Work on repairing sidewalk was shoddy. Have not had rain so do not know if it works.
