After MANY years suffering with water in our basement I hired Key Waterproofing to help me. Within a week, Wendell came with his crew and in TWO days completed the project. The team was incredible, working tirelessly to create the least interruption in daily life. Because I had been in the house many years they helped clean out a lot of stuff! Wendell helped me understand what needed to be done to make the basement waterproof. Plus, at the outside, several basement windows had the "pit" near them damaged; Wendell immediately dug them out, put a new barrier, and cemented them in place. Plus, he made suggestions for how to improve the basement's look and usage. I could not be happier with his service.

Key Waterproofing sends Ed the engineer and sales for the first visit. ED was friendly, professional and not pushing to close the deal. Once you agree to the terms and the date is set Wendel andcthe work crew come by. Wendel and his crew worked all day on the basement wall. Wendel and his team work extremely hard to make sure you are safe in your home! We called them after the first rain storm in our new home revealed seepage in our basement, and they were by the next day. The value canâ t be beat and they are extremely personable and usually very responsive. Pleased with their overall work and would recommend them.

Wendel and his crew came out and did a great job. They put in a sump pump, dehumidifier and gave suggestions for some other projects to be done at a later date. They were very professional and fast. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed by the service I received from the installers and the sales person. These guys kept me well informed and were helpful in doing a great install, that impressed my tenant and myself with this thoughtful overall professional install. They installed a dehumidifier for me.

Wendel and his crew came out and did an amazing job on the sump pump in my basement. They ran the lines and pipes, checked and double checked their work. Professional and fast. Wendel and his team were out here digging trenches on the hottest day of the summer. Decently priced project for the amount of work they put in. I would certainly recommend.

They gave me a **Life Time Warranty** agreement. The quality of the work with garage epoxy flooring was low. Stopped to return my phone calls or text messages. I got a second opinion which is redo the whole work from scratch!
