Wendel and his very hard working team did an excellent job and I will submit another review after our next significant rain event. I was especially impressed with team 1 lead by Emanuel and the great clean up they did as well. They finished in a day and a half versus 2 day estimate. Drywall phase completed in a timely manner as well. The only suggestion I have would be is to better set expectations during sales phase so the client will better know on what to expect. II was not expecting the amount of dust and debris created but as I mentioned it was handled very well. I highly recommend Wendel and this company!

Excellent job. Done quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. 2 days later had a torrential downpour and there was not a drop in the basement. Highly recommended!

Wendell helped me after 6 pm on a Sunday night before a storm. He put in a new sump pump & backup system as mine had failed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast and went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you Wendell and Key Waterproofing Construction! Basement disaster averted!
