Stephen, Wendell, Emmanuel and their crew deserve a 5 star rating. They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely hardworking. My difficult waterproofing job was completed in one day. They worked efficiently but took the time to thoroughly explain everything and welcomed any questions. I will definitely hire them again if additional work is required.

very professional, punctual, and thorough installed an internal french drain system including demolition work and sump pump and backup sump pump with dehumidifier. Bulk of work done within 2 days, balance of work to be down when weather warms up and ground is soft enough to place drain outlet pipe and down spout extensions underground

The company was very secrecy no official trucks very sloppy work left the cellar dirty and a mess in the yard would not recommend and you should take them off your list.

Had water in basement over 12 years. Finally I told my husband that I am doing this! I am fixing this house. . Inside French drain with two inside sump pumps, Emergency back up power. Dehumidifier built in. Water vapor, Blue board. new real walls. not old paneling from the 1970â s. it going to be great!

Wendell did a great job even though it was a very tough job, crawling down the crawl space that had 18 inches clearance for mold remediation, waterproofing and encapsulation. It was a very thorough and expert job. The cold and freezing temperatures didn't get in their way of doing a wonderful job.

Recently needed some waterproofing work done in my basement, proceeded to look up 3-4 different companies thet did basement water proofing work decided to go with Key Waterproofing and it was a "GREAT CHOICE"!!! Was notified as to when the job was to be done, 3 great guys showed up,right on time, went right to work installing a Sump-Pump in our basement floor to takecare of our water problems. They did neat, high quality work everything was cleaned up with a "job that was well done". "Very satisfied" would highly recommend Key Waterproofing for all your waterproofing needs!!!!!!!
