Rick and Wendell were very easy to work with. Rick does sales and Wendell heads the team. We bought the whole package,the drainage system,vapor barrier wrap,new gutters and epoxy floor treatment. We haven't had any huge storms yet but the system worked perfectly for the few rainy days that we've had. Wendell and his team did a great job, especially on the drain system. It looks great, they cleaned up all the debris and removed it. I am confident that we'll have a dry basement from now on, plus they give you a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I hired Key Waterproofing to replace the sump pump, install backup battery, redirect the drainage lines, and install a leaching drainage well. They were knowledgeable, prompt, hard working, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next project.

Normally, these types of reviews are crap... you can never be sure that some shmuck is lying... I am 100% REAL! These guys were not kidding around. They were quick, efficient, and the cleanup was better than if I hired a company to come in. I have been getting water in my basement for YEARS... contractors have been trying to gouge me with the most outrageous prices and lies about what I needed to solve the problem. Rick and Wendel, a winning combination. Rick 1st: he explained EVERYTHING that I needed to know in order to make a decision... no pressure applied. He had models and his presentation went into why his solution was the best. Cost... they work with working families, I felt comfortable, like my uncle was giving me sound advice. Wendel... he is quiet, thoughtful and quick. The crew was supper professional and fast... What others tried to tell me would take 3-4 days, was 2 days for this team, and I was done with more than 80% done on the 1st day. If you are looking to get a job done, without being lied to, ripped off, and disappointed, use Key Waterproofing Construction. I am so confident in these guys that they have my personal information for a live endorsement ANY time. It is worth it to get it done right, using the right professionals, considering the right timing and at the right cost.
