The customer service experience was not as smooth as I'd hoped. I ended up having to escalate to Corporate regarding my paperwork. I did enjoy my Sales Representativ though - he was very knowledgeable and experienced.

Oh, this is been the worst. Never use this company. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wanted a smooth transition between the flooring. ButI got a lip. I clearly said no lip. But. I got a lip.. I have been trying for a month to get people to come and fix it. It has been over a month. And no completion yet. I have called about 100 times and get the run- around. They are saying that they can t do it and I have to be satisfied. They do not have a warranty! Terrible service, no satisfaction.

I was able to get a better price with empire because I had a written price quote from another company. Empire was able to meet the price for a much similar product.

They were very professional, taking as much time as needed to ensure that I was comfortable with my choice. My representative was the best. She was very patient as I added and changed things. The installers came on time and they contacted me to tell me where they were and how long before they got to me. They were very respectable of my home and took every measure to ensure that things were put back where they belong.

Gather from the volume they do they can offer lowest pricing but carpet is average at best. Within 2 weeks was already showing wear. Was told to take pictures so they could send to manufacturer to see if they would honor warranty. Strange they would not immediately come out and replace but I was pleased with the overall price and installation was done well. Would buy from them again.
