It took three times to get my floors installed. The quality of the flooring is wonderful but the installers Empire uses are terrible. The last installers were fantastic but it took weeks and three trips to get the floors in.

I think having an actual piece of vinyl wood plank to show after choosing the style and color would be more accurate than a 7 inch strip from the sales display. Customers should be notified by Empire's installation dept. at least 24 hrs before installation if they have to cancel-not on the morning of.

It's a very big company, so not as personal. But it gives them flexibility in pricing and scheduling. I was given a 50% promotion, but doubt that price was 50% off. My second estimate was pretty close to that same price without discounts. But Empire was able to further discount to get the best price. Also, was told they could give me a courtesy call, but never informed the sales person to call me.
