    We had our two bedroom townhouse carpet installed. Two guys showed up, but were concerned about moving furniture. They took pictures to show the office and with my help moving, they finished in a couple of hours. I didn’t expect to do that much moving and was exhausted. A week later, the price went down 25%.

    The work is great. Poor management...I was told they were coming never showed up ... I had to call them .. the communication is awful.. almost took 3weeks to get job done...so disappointed...

    The installers were absolutely wonderful. Very professional and did an excellent job. The problem was with the management of the company. Customer Service was very poor. They couldn't find my order and didn't seem to be able to resolve my problem and keep telling me that the Managers would have to resolve my problem. The Managers kept giving me excuses of why they could not find my order forms which delayed my instillation. They had to recreate another order because they couldn't find my order. In recreating another order, they shorted the amount of wood and the installer had to send for enough wood to complete the job which delayed the job for a while. I lost two days of work, my wife and I had to sleep on the floor because the bed had to be broken down and placed in the garage. The managers did not call and discuss compensation as I was told they would by Customer Service. As I said, the installers were the saving grace for the company. I was very pleased with the service and quality of the installation professionals and product. They came in and laid the hardwood very quickly and replaced all furniture. They were very helpful, professional and attempted to make everything right regarding the company that they could.

    They installed all our carpet within 5 hrs. Only issue I had was that they were walking all over the parlor white carpet with no shoe covers while installing and I ended up with a few removable stains. Other than that, customer service was great!
