I would like everyone, "Buyer beware". If you have a problem with the quality of work or anything, you will be ignored and you have to fight a tough battle one that I am fighting now. But trust me I will be victorious and the world will be warned. Its not even about the money its about the way you are treated after they have gotten your business. If you had a good experience, good for you, don't celebrate loud because the next time around might not be the same or your family or friend might have a bad experience. Trust me I am going through it right now. This is a very dishonest company and I think consumers should be aware of what they are getting into.

Very prompt in having the salesman come out and work started almost immediately. The quality of materials was what we picked so it is certainly satisfactory. The cost was about what I expected, even though it was advertised as being one half. The carpet install was good except that I had an issue at the top of the stairs that I wanted corrected from earlier installation. The installers just went over it without comment so it was too late to change when I noted it was still there. The salesman was told of the issue. The bathroom floor install was done by only one person rather than two which caused it to be a long process with finish work that was only average.
