We were very pleased with the work done by Empire Today. And they were extremely efficient finishing our large kitchen/breakfast area and two baths in one day. We are particularly pleased with the quality of work and final appearance of the kitchen. After the work was done I felt a little like I had been talked into a floor covering for the baths that was not as nice as what I had originally planned. Likewise with whether or not to remove the old linoleum on the kitchen floor prior to installing hardwood. I paid for removal of the linoleum, but the installed persuaded me to leave it as an extra barrier against moisture. Made sense, but others had said it should be removed. So we went with the installers recommendation even though our price included the removal. In afterthought I wonder if Empire Today was convincing us to do what was easier and faster for them, rather than what was best for us. Not sure of the answer to that question.
