Disappointing. The carpet is fine but we prepped as instructed and took time from our jobs to be here. Crew came with an insufficient amount of carpet. Had to reschedule for the next day. When moving a mattress they knocked a ceiling fan blade out of whack. When removing carpet they sliced our TV cable. Now we have to have the cable company out for repairs. No TV!! We unplugged all electronics from the wall yet they unplugged all units behind entertainment center. NIGHTMARE!! And no one has responded to our calls or emails.

They did a great job. Considering the ease of installing vinyl wood planks, I think the price was a little steep. Otherwis, a good job was done and I'm very satisfied.

Rep was great. Installers did a great job but did not show up at the time they stated. Carpet was a bit lower quality than we were expecting but works for what we needed it for.

Easy to schedule, reasonably priced. Only does carpet/flooring so ended up going with a contractor that could complete other projects as well for a bundled discount. Standalone pricing was competitive.

I was hesitating to hire Empire due to poor reviews on Google, but I am glad that I did! The Sales Rep was very professional, the team did first class work on my new hardwood flooring. They arrived on time and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank You Home Advisor!!
