Very prompt and friendly

It was a great experience. Timely response to quote request, once hiring decision made scheduling was fast and the crew that did the work was friendly, professional, did great work and left my yard with barely a trace they or the trees were there.

I suspect I'm like most people in terms of having low expectations regarding customer service in all facets of life. All too often, people expect poor service whether waiting in line at the DMV for a license or making a simple purchase at a retail store......"stuff happens" and employees you're forced to encounter can quickly display a "who cares" attitude. This said, if and when expectations are met, it's a pleasure. If and when expectations are exceeded, it's rather surprising and something you remember for a long time. In April of 2015, I had a significant amount of work completed by DP General Cleaning & Landscaping to include the removal of many large trees, stump removal, sod installation, tree thinning and trimming for an acre lot and lastly, the installation of flag stone, many steps, plants, and a creek bed drainage ditch on one side of my house. Daniel and his team told me what they'd do and then they simply did it......they did it well actually. My expectations were exceeded and this happens so rarely I felt compelled to write this review. I'll not hesitate to call Daniel again when I need any work done that they advertise. His employees were extremely professional and did quality work for all aspects of what I had requested. Many companies talk a good game and then underwhelm the customer. Daniel and his team walked the talk and sincerely cared about my thoughts on their work product. Special thanks go out to Jairo who is a member of Daniel's team.......to me, he's Mr. Flag Stone in terms of knowing how to map out the best way to lay out the stones and plants, etc. and then he makes certain that everything is level and fits the landscape well. very good overall. clean-up more than was expected of them

They were very fast and efficient, and though I know that mine was a small "fill" job in their schedule, it was handled very promptly. Almost too fast. I had but one caveat for the job: Be careful of my garden. That was essentially ignored in their haste. Goodbye tomatoes, peppers, and 30% if my beans. They were like bulls in a china shop, but fast!

This is my 3rd review of this company because we had multiple ladscape needs; tree removal, stump grinding, grading & sod installation. Thus of which DP came in on each as a package deal & never once feel short. Again, THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL!!! Very competitive pricing as well - hey, my wife to be is happy, so I'm ecstatic lol! We hired them for all the landscape needs we had for our back yard. I tried to break each task down by trade & when it came down to it, DP met other bids & I loved that as they were our one stop for the jobs requires. These guys are for real! It was amazing to watch & they fell short no where! It was quite a sight to see & couldn't be more impressed with their overall professionalism - from sod, to grading, to tree removal (very impressive sight to see!), to stump grinding.
