Damaged mailbox - told owner and he spoke to employee (1st employee denied, I told owner he wasn't telling the truth--owner came back and offered to pay for damaged mailbox). Broke a flowering shrub (Burning Bush about 8 feet tall). Didn't clean downspouts completely (phoned owner, owner said he was coming back to check spouts after sleet/snow storm 2011, but I don't know if he ever came back out?).
