We hired this company to landscape our back yard to create a play area. To that end, they wereexpected to clear the lot by removing trees,underbrush, and debris; install a privacy fence, and prepare the yard for playground equipment and shrubbery. The company did a good job with removing trees and installing a privacy fence. They did a poor job of preparing the yard for playground equipment and shrubbery. Instead of doing what was needed to create a safe play environment,they were prepared to simply cover the yard with mulch. I refused to allow them to spread the mulch and decided to hire another company to finish the job. The second company removed tree stumps and other debris (cement looks, bricks, pieces of metal, tree roots and stumps) The second company also moved dirt around to level the yard and created flower beds. I was disappointed that D P General Cleaning did not complete the job and that I had to incur additional costs to get the job done.
