They worked hard but the contractor whined and attempted to renegotiate the agreed price. He insisted that I manually write a wavier in the contract stipulating that if they damaged my chimney that they would not be responsible because a tree limb was too close to the chimney. As a professional, this is the very reason he is bonded and insured. Moreover, he came out and surveyed the situation prior to accepting the job and he assured me that he could handle it. I compensated him for his labor and I hired Atlanta Tree Arbors to finish the job. They did a fantastic job at the price agreed to and Im happy to report the chimney is standing

he was thretme to if i brock the chimley i have to pay for so i say to him leave me along to finish the job but he never didnt and not nice to beginin to end of the job

Daniel's first quote was exactly what we wanted. We called him back out to review what was to be done, and he advised that he added wrong on the first quote. It went up a few hundred. We went ahead with job. First day of job, Daniel advises that prices where not what he expected and the bill jumped $1500. We could cut some of the job to bring the price down, though. It was still lower than his competitors, and we negotiated a different price. Planting of the flowers was to be at no charge, as he told both my wife and I. After the planting, he said he had to charge for it, and the bill jumped again $500 for $233 in plants.

he mention couple of plant not over 45 unit so this is a big difference 2 to 45 so i rise up the price i ask him read the contract before sign approval
