Daniel was prompt to come out and give us a quote. However, my main purpose which I made very clear, was removing old mulch to prepare for a shed site. He gave us a quote to remove a dead tree that had no limbs, clean up leaves, and remove stumps. I assumed the leaf removal included the old leaf mulch. He wanted 10% down immediately. We gave him 20% down. Total cost was $860.00. When the job was complete, the mulch had not been removed. I called Daniel and explained this was not done. He came back out and said this was a grading project. The area was approx. 12x15. Said that would be another charge to grade. I am very unhappy that he pressured us to remove the dead tree and stumps, which I told him I was not concerned with, and then never did what I needed done in the first place and wanted money immediately, so I wouldn't get additional quotes. I would not recommend this company.

I spoke with Doug thinking it was Nancy's husband he asked to cut 1 dead tree 4 stumps blower leafs for whole property with disposal.. $1,190.00 but we discounted over 20% plus we did extra work that was mentioned in the contract but verbally there was no additional charge for blower roof shed, and cutting down several private hedges which we thrown away behind the fence because Nancy didn't want to pay for disposal. Grading wasn't at all mentioned in the contract or even verbally she came out and only mentioned the debry removal and agreed to do the stump and dead tree plus extra work. Doug the renter he mentioned that he was paying to help Nancy clearing and removing dead trees blower leave for whole property and 4 stump grindings because she came out and rudley interrupted our conversation. i took both of their words and did the job as requested Doug was very happy with our work he wanted to leave my crew with tips but i told him no because the job is being paid for and it would be his decision to doing so, Doug the renter apologized for her behavior and payed me with the credit card deposit and the rest with the cashier check which was $850.00 after the job was professionally compeleted.. On Nancy's behalf she is confusing yard clearing with grading which is completely different pricings we can not proceed doing the job for grading if it is not mentioned on the contract and when i returned to do another estimate for grading i told her the pricing of $490.00 she was rude and mad she told me to leave her property and that she wasn't paying anymore even though we have only charged for the job that was completed and mentioned on the contract.

My backyard was a hot mess. Limbs everywhere a large tree fell over our chain link fenced not to mention 2.5 years of leaves. When the crew arrived it was almost like magic. Eight hrs. later it like it never existed gone out of the yard and only a mere hand full of chips from the chipper. They do more than just cut trees and limbs. I plan to use them time and time again. Great Job Daniel!!!!!
