These guys are good. I had to handle with them by phone from Florida and they handle the job efficiently and timely. They also allowed me to wait and pay them when we returned home. When we got home two weeks later the tree was gone and so was the debris. Except for some divots when the branches hit the ground you would not have know that a tree had fallen in the yard and it was a big one. Thanks D & P and Home Advisor. Ron Mack, Gainesville, GA

The company only presented the copy of proposal and Liability insurance when we signed the contract. After I noticed the damages to my lawn and sprinkler system after the finished their work, I informed the company and it s insurance company. The owner then brought me the copy of pre printed addendum which was never presented to me beforehand. Stating That they are not liable for this kind of damages. The proposal and their liability insurance enough to sign me in . And the later addendums is to deny my damages claims . It is very deceiving. I will not use this company again and I will let other people know their practices.

We were charged an extra fee of 3% for using a credit card to pay for the work. We were not told there would be a fee. It showed up on our credit card statement, so we called the company twice since our first call wasn t returned. It certainly was a surprise to discover the extra charge. Had we known this, we would have paid by check. We didn t appreciate having to pay an extra $18.00. The job was well done, however.

The crew removed four large trees and trimmed two others promptly and effectively. I was impressed versus similar services used in the past. I will use them again.
