Excellent customer service. A representative came onsite to do an evaluation and provide a quote. A team arrived the next day to do the job. They completed the work in a timely and professional manner. All work was completed as expected. They removed all debris and made sure that my property was clean before leaving.

The salesman said the crew would arrive at 8:30 and he would be with them to detail work. I called the office at 11:00AM - crew came at 3:30PM and asked me to come out and show them what o o. I told the salesman at point of sale that I had survived 4 heart attacks and could not cut bushes back. The crew asked me if the oak in the front was being cut. I told him to call Freddie Salesman. Then I called DP office and told them they could scrub the deal if they did not know the deal and I was taking a nap. The crew did ok. DP was $500 more than other quotes. I negotiated it down to $250 more than other quotes because other quotes were booked through July. DP is ok, but when I have more time I will call Sesman Tree Service.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Our crews try to set a window time as to when they will be arriving but of course that is not including any setbacks that might come up either at the previous job site or out in the street such as traffic or any accidents. As far as pricing goes, we did send an estimator out to your property to provide you a free quote which you agreed to. Again, we are terribly sorry for any inconvenience.

They did not stand by their quote--they asked for more money after I made the down payment. it took nearly two weeks to get the downed logs taken away. They did a decent job of cutting the trees down--low damage, fast work.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We go through a third party for log pick up and aren't able to control when they arrive, even more so now with the virus going around.

Large Crew...5 guys for most of the job. Then a couple more showed up towards the end to finish up. Did a great job. In and out in a couple of hours for a rather large job.
