The owner responded rapidly, and personally came on-site to review and provide a reasonable quote. They started and finished the job on time, quickly and professionally, with the proper clean up, and no issues. I would use them again.

They came within a tight timeline before our house painters were due, which I appreciated. They completed the job well and left the yard clean. A little high cost, but they did what I asked and were careful with our landscaping/health of evergreens.

Initially, I was impressed with this company, but things soon turned for the worse. I contacted them to have 2 trees removed. Daniel #1 came out to give me an estimate and when he learned that I also needed a fence, he said they could do that too. He said he could match another estimate I was given. We agreed on a price and we both signed on the agreed price, but then when Daniel P. came the next day to mark the work area, he wanted to charge me an additional $300-400, saying Daniel #1 didn't know fences and the estimate was wrong. I told him that I would just go with the other estimate because they could do the job for less than what he wanted to charge. We went back and forth until I agreed to pay $150 more than the original estimate. The work was done. Other than the workers kept leaving my water running and not turning it off when they finished using it for the concrete, they did the work to my satisfaction. When it was time to pay, I provided their employee with my American Express. He called the office to give them the CC info and then I'm handed the phone. Daniel P. is on the line, saying that if I want to use Amex, it will be an additional 5%. So first you want additional money to do the job, and now you're telling me that I have to pay extra to use my Amex? Needless to say, I wasn't too happy about their business practices. Daniel #2 was full of excuses about why this or that happened with the estimate, the card, etc. Then he blamed me for not telling him I'd be using a CC to pay and said "this is a business," as if I didn't realize that or expected to pay a less than a fair price. My expectation was that they not try to charge me more than what was agreed upon. They didn't do any additional work, so I expected to pay only what we agreed upon and nothing more. The quality of work they did was fine, but I will never use their company again or recommend them because of how Daniel Perdomo handled the issue. How he handled this customer service issue was not satisfactory.

D P Landscaping did not disappoint! They removed shrubs in my front yard, removed a tree in my back yard, & built a retaining wall. They were great with customer service. They did quality work in a timely manner. My yard was transformed in less than a week! Their attention to detail was wonderful. I really appreciated how they cleaned up after each job. I have been recommending D P Landscaping to all my friends.
