Owner was extremely rude the day that tree was removed when they called to collect payment acting as though the payment was delinquent even though the technician said the office would call to collect the payment. I had already paid the deposit and paid the remainder the same day when requested. The owner did not have to act like I was a delinquent criminal refusing to pay for services. Work done was great. Techs were great. A little steep for 2 hours of work.

Almost immediately upon submitting my request for tree removal, I received a response from DP tree removal and landscaping. I set up a site inspection to obtain a quote and was impressed with Mark’s knowledge and professionalism. He provided a written detailed estimate immediately after the inspection. Although I had a slightly lower estimate from another company, I was impressed with the professionalism and communication of their representative, Mark and decided to work with him and his company and when they said they had a opening the following day for the work to be completed, I jumped on it. I was impressed with the professionalism of Daniel, one of the foreman, and his team. They seem to be very confident and knowledgeable and what they were doing and seamlessly removed three pine trees, as well as hauling away EXTRA wood I had accumulated on my property from a couple of other tree removal projects and grinded down the stumps from the current tree removal as well as past tree removals. Job Well done by all from the office, Sales rep to the onsite team! Thank you!.
