Company failed to show up as promised on Friday, August 7, 2020, noon, per signed written estimate contract . Owner decided his estimator did not charge enough. I had to call them to find out this info when they failed to show up for agreed upon work. Bob Roesch 08/11/2020- 5:17 pm.

We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our contracts do not state what time or date our people will be showing up. Once you decide to move forward we can set a date but not an exact time. We usually try to give a window time but we can't help any setbacks that may occur throughout the day. Our estimator as well as our secretary tried to reach out days prior, to ask if you wanted to go ahead and move forward with the job, but never got an answer until the day that we were supposed to do the actual job.

They are extremely professional. After I called, Daniel arrived the next day for the estimate which included tree removal and fence repair. The day after that the team cut and removed the trees and shrubs, repaired the fence and cleaned up. Today they came back and ground the stumps. All done in 3 days! They have my highest recommendation!

Sales guy gave me quote, the. Owner came to see job and we negotiated a few additional items. Things were marked and then communicated to the crew. Then team came out and really did a great job - did the job quickly and thoroughly and we then went back through everything to make sure I was good. I’ll definitely be calling them for a phase two of clean up.
