This was my first time using Angi and it proved to be a great idea. Art was phenomenal during my home inspection. He allowed us to join him throughout the process, he was very detail oriented, and a pleasure to speak with. Once the report was completed he was very quick and efficient in sending over the report so I can forward it to the builder. He even went the extra step and went through every part of his report vis phone call to ensure I understood it. I’m already recommending him to other people and will use him again before my home warranty expires. 10/10

Art was very professional in explaining the process at the beginning, and a great communicator throughout the timeline of our New Build home. He was very flexible with his scheduling to match our needs, and had a keen eye during the inspections to ensure everything was captured. Will definitely be using again for our 12 month warranty walk

He was prompt, did a very thorough inspection and e/mailed the final report to us the same day. Very pleasant to work with, very satisfied with this inspection. He gave us a few pointers that we will take care of.

Art was very thorough, and very patient answering all my questions. The report I got, complete with an abundance of pictures to show exactly what he was talking about, absolutely helped me make the decision whether or not to buy the house (I chose not to). Art was very thorough and responsive from the start. I found him thru Angie’s list as a top inspector while my husband did an AI search and he was also in with some top inspectors so we went with Casa. I reached out via Angie’s list on a Thursday evening and he responded right away. We looked at some homes over the weekend, picked one and he was able to inspect that Monday. He was very detailed in his work and pictures. He performed a wind mitigation and 4 pt for our insurance agent while doing a thorough inspection for us. We needed some minor repairs and he was able to suggest a plumber and handyman. He’s familiar with the area and answers the phone.
