Art of Casa Inspect did an exceptional job. When I explained the time crunch I was in, he scheduled me first thing Monday morning and had the multi page report early Tuesday morning which gave me ample time to negotiate terms with the seller of the house I was buying. Art Eckert was amazing. During construction of my new condo, Art worked well with the site realtors and the construction crews to complete inspections at various stages of construction. Inspection reports with photos and explanations were top notch. As I was out of state, I relied on Art to be my expert inspector and he immediately provided documentation for me to use in making corrections with builder. Art the inspector was very personable, professional and even educational. I did a 4 point. He even did a wind mitigation but said he would only charge me if the insurance company requested it, then he would charge me a small extra fee. Next he showed me what needed to be fixed, and cost I should budget for the future to replace and when (it?s life expectancy). I had a simple electrical problem that I could fix myself and he allowed me to fix it that day and resubmit a picture before writing his report. We got that done. I had an inspection done by another company in March and he was personally insulting and would never have allowed me to correct the simple electrical issue. Art was great! Oh also extremely reasonable cost! He also gave me referrals where needed
