Excellent job! Very thorough and precise inspection. Art was available throughout the entire process from scheduling to all the various follow up questions we had on the 93 year old home we were hoping to purchase. He was able to give us a lengthy report within 24 hours and went through it with us page by page. Art did the full inspection along with a mold test, wind mitigation and 4 point inspection required by our FL insurance company. He also was flexible with scheduling and was able to do the work on a Saturday which was important to us as we were only in town for the weekend.
