We hired Art to inspect our new home, for it's one year warranty inspection. Art did an incredible job. To say he was thorough, would be a huge understatement! Art is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and very explanatory. I had a detailed report by the days end! I want to also add that Art has a very pleasant demeanor. My wife and I enjoyed our conversation with Art. We would HIGHLY recommend Art for home inspection work!

Art is the best inspector I know. As a investor we deal wit a lot of them. He is very professional and takes time to check everything. He spent almost 5 hours to make sure we are covered. I am highly recommending his company!!!!!!!
