Art, was the inspector that performed our inspection. He was very informative, knowledgeable and took time to answer additional questions I had. In the paperwork he provided, he listed detailed and descriptive information leaving no room for interpretation. He also recommended other companies in the area (when asked) about other types of inspections. He was very kind and made me feel like my money was well spent compared to other inspectors I have worked with in the area.

Art Eckert diligently reviews all aspects of the home; things homeowners don't think to look for in an inspection. He tells it like it is, has connections with various contractors, and normally has solutions to issues on the house you're looking to purchase. On top of being knowledgeable, Art is punctual and personable. I want everyone reading this to use Art Eckert for their home inspection
