He answered all of our questions. Explained everything thoroughly, took the time needed to do a thorough inspection!! I had to work so he showed up early to get done so I didn’t have to miss work!! Would highly recommend art! And he is reasonably priced for line of work!

II found the CASA Inspect, Inc. and Art Eckert for our matter. I was impressed by the number of 5 stars reviews posted on the company's website page. After I talked to Art and he did the inspection for us, I can confirm with confidence that Art is the best! Art is an experienced and very knowledgeable home inspector, but in addition to his professionalism, he is also an amazing person! Despite the fact that he is a very demanding home inspector, he made me feel as if I was the only client : he replied to my emails momentarily, he answered the phone every time I called him, he never rushed me to end the conversation and listened to me as long as I needed it. When the report was done, Art spent his time after his work hours to review with me all the findings in the report and explained every small detail. It's very easy and pleasant to work with Art. I highly recommend everyone, looking for the home inspection to contact Art Eckert. You would not be disappointed!

I called several companies for inspection quotes- some from realtor, others from builders agent- most were 400-$800! Crazy! Art did complete inspection for less- very reasonable price. He was incredibly thorough- spent over an hour at new build. Despite being new, his report showed about 40 issues! Well worth every penny! Brilliant!!
