Art was the consummate professional taking his time to cover all the details of the home. He arrived early was there waiting on me on inspection day! He was gracious throughout the process to myself and my girlfriend as well as the property owners. My report was in just hours after the inspection with follow up texts and e-mails. Art did it all!!!

I was out of town for the home inspection, but Art called when the job was completed. The owner of the house said he was on time and kept her informed. during the process. The report was delivered on time, it was very detailed with photos and recommendations of what he thought should be addressed. I would use him again. Thank you Art!

Art was earsy to work with, professional in his work, knowledgeable, and thorough. There was an issue with the roof in the home I purchased, and he was helpful in providing detailed photos and descriptions for my report. This helped with my negotiating the price. I recommend him highly.
