As a first time home owner purchasing a new home, I wanted to make sure that whomever does the home inspection has a keen eye for details. I can appreciate someone who has an eye for details. After doing a tremendous amount of research, I came across Casa Home inspection. All of the reviews are spot on! Art is the real deal and will point out things that need to be repaired or touched up , he also takes his time to make sure everything is safe and is in working order. After the inspection, he provided a clear and comprehensive report. I can say we feel extremely confident and safe in closing on our new home. The home inspection process was as seamless as possible. Art was professional, proactive and reachable at each stage of discussion, scheduling and review of findings. Report we received about the home inspection was detailed. We definitely recommend CASA and would hire them again.

This is the second time I hired Art at CASA because he is a true professional who genuinely cares for his customers and does a thorough job. Incredible person! Art called right away and worked with my schedule so I could be out there with him on a Saturday morning. This is my first time buying a home and he was very personable, educational, understanding, and has a good sense of humor! I was worried about how it would go as I know nothing about houses or construction but now I can say Iâ ve learned a lot! He explained everything I needed to know in simple terms and he was very patient.
