We hired Art for the pre-drywall inspection on our new home build. He's an excellent communicator, punctual and professional. In our case, next day inspection due to urgency (walk-through a few days later with builder), Art is ready with the latest and greatest tools of the trade to get the job done; he has a drone to view roof conditions! Looking forward to our final inspection with Art in a few months!
