I live out of state and it was very important I got a thorough home inspection. I contracted with Art at CASA Home Inspection because he impressed me with his level of professionalism. Art really did a thorough and high quality Home Inspection with excellent reporting and supporting photographs. He even went beyond to check on some items not normally covered. Art went over the inspection with me in detail and offered maintenance advice etc. Art was not the cheapest but he was worth everything I paid him. I would highly recommend Art for a thorough and top quality home inspection.

Very knowledgeable and does a thorough job. He did a great job explaining everything he was inspecting, and explaining the things that were a problem. He went over the final report with me, so I had a good grasp of the things I wanted the seller to address. I recieved alot of quotes from home inspectors and I'm glad I went with Art at Casa home inspection.

When we spoke on the phone this inspector stated it would take 3-4 hours. He did not explain that the report would be part of the 3-4 hours. We thought the inspection of the house would take that long and we planned accordingly. The actual inspection took 1.5 hours to inspect the house then the rest of the time was paperwork. He did a thorough job. We as the customers thought it would take longer. But would recommend his service to others
