As one of the few fully insured inspectors in the area CASA and Art himself was one of our luckiest finds in the area. Art was not only responsive but also flexible and worked around our schedule. He provided clear and simple quotes and walked through what was included and even gave advice on how to approach items not included. We used him as a home inspector for new home we purchased in Punta Gorda. He walked us through the home inspection explaining everything he was doing. Report was completed and submitted quickly. He was probably one of the best aspects of our purchase process. These days, it is hard to find reliable contractors, so finding Art who was also a great inspector was a rare find.
