He detailed all his observations in a report which we addressed in a phone conversation and could forward on to the builder to remedy before our walk-through. The inspection report was extremely detailed, included pictures, and easy to read. Art was very professional and a nice person. Anyone needing an inspection done will not regret having Casa do the inspection.

Art allowed me to be present during his entire inspection and pointed out issues as he went along in terms of what would be in the report. He made it easier for me to understand the implications of remediation and I got the information a day earlier than the typed report, which was important during the fast paced under contract period. We found out the house was positive for mold which took longer -for lab processing- and called me as soon as the report was in.

Art is very personable and knowledgeable. He does his job exceptionally well and explained why every issue was of concern and helped prioritize all of it. He answered all of our questions and the reports were received exactly when he said they would be. He was worth every penny.
