Excellent response time. Submitted inquiry on HomeAdvisor Tuesday night and the job was completed Thursday afternoon. I have no idea how much the job should cost (put in the water line for a new refrigerator) but the price shocked me that is why I rated a little less. The technician explained the job well and completed the same day as an estimate. He was in and out in about an hour.

I called about a stopped-up drain and they sent someone who could not fix that. I called about a toilet that needed a repair kit installed and ended up with a permanently unusable toilet. This company is all about response and systems at the expense of efficiency, functionality, value, and common sense. Use them at your own risk.

Hired them to repair/replace a broken exterior faucet. The plumber explained the pros/cons of the various solutions, gave an acceptable estimate and then quickly performed the necessary repairs.

Hired them to replace kitchen faucet that was leaking. I attempted myself but space too small for me. Called Benjamin Franklin and they were out that afternoon to finish install. They had to take out drain to get the faucet installed but held at the original price quoted on the initial phone call

It was late in the day and he was running late. However, he stopped on his way home and fixed the problem right then. He did not charge a emergency fee as he was running late on the other job.
