After talking with the sales rep about tankless v/s a regular tank water heater we decided to go with a 75 gal gas water heater and we have loved it since install. We have abundant hot water, the tank is more a commercial grade heater and we opted for the extended warranty. knowledgeable sales people educated me on the difference in water heaters, provided options in different price points and let me make the decision of what would best fit our families needs.

Had them winterize my sprinkler system but when i called to ask for start up they said they did not do that any longer, if you cancel a service its wise to let your customers know that instead of taking their money for half completed jobs, even signed up to get other pluming needs checked, still waiting. I will make sure i hire a real profesional next time and it wont be Ben Franklin.
