The heater and filter installs went smoothly and they continue to work great two years later. Randy also does my openings and closings and does a great job with those as well. "Sean and Josh (owners) oversaw every step of the process, ensuring the work was done to a high standard always maintaining a clean/organized area around the work at all times. They were excellent with communicating expectations and next steps all along the way. The job was fairly extensive and required them to make several visits (they replaced my inground pool liner and installed new steps at the front of our pool), they always showed up exactly as communicated and completed the work in a timely manner. All said, their professionalism and follow through was super and such a rare thing to find these days with any construction project."

"After using another pool service company for several years, we were looking for another company that was more responsive to our requests. Hoosier Pool Guy not only was responsive to opening our pool for the summer, but they also were here within one week of my first contacting them. I especially like the online list of service prices meaning there are no surprises in billing. The crew was professional, polite, fast, and left no trash behind. "I truly appreciated Indy Pool Covers honestly and promptness in getting my cover fixed. At first, I requested a repair. Matt came out and didn't not charge me for a service charge since the cover was in bad shape and needed repair. Shortly after it broke (while waiting on the new cover to arrive). They knew I was in a "pickle" and needed to get the pool open soon due to other issues also going on. They were able to get my new cover installed and working in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend them!"
