They were prompt and courteous. Informative, and educated me about why the problem was happening. I think their price was rather high ($200 for 45 min work), and I also had an issue with the billing for one gallon of BioBen - a bacterial product designed to keep drains clear. He told me he was leaving a gallon jug, billed me for a gallon jug, but the jug was only 64oz, or 1/2 gallon. When I raised the discrepancy with the company, another 1/2 gallon jug was delivered to the house..... but I had to catch that error. ($22.00 for a half gallon)

After waiting all day for another plumber to show, Mike from Benjamin Franklin arrived shortly after I called, was very professional yet friendly & informative. Did a wonderful job & made our day. Two thumbs up,great guy & great service I'd refer to anyone.
