I was happy with the plumbing but some of the detail work (putting the vanity back) wasn't as good (cleaned up) as I had wanted. He had a late start.

Michael O was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to unclog the drain as well as tips for preventing future clogs. He was very timely and stayed until the job was done thoroughly. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and specifically Michael O.
