"We hired Sweet's Heating & Cooling last year to replace the HVAC on our house in Greenwood, and then again to do some tricky custom ductwork for a basement bathroom addition. When the new heater went out one Friday night recently, Rick went over on Saturday and took care of it right away. It seemed to be bad batteries or something unclear, but he got it working and didn't even charge for the visit! It went out again the next week, so he went again; this time, there was finally an indication that the circuit board had a defect. He replaced the board and even took extra time to clean out the furnace, and said it was all under warranty, so again no charge, even for the extra work. Rick is always easy to communicate with, helpful, prompt, reliable, reasonable, and does excellent work. The only thing I wish is that he did plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, renovation, handyman tasks, gardening, automotive repair, babysitting, exorcisms, and marriage counseling! "Jake was wonderful!!! Seeing his photo and his background before he arrived made us feel like he was family. He was respectful by taking off his boots because of all of the snow we had that day. He answered ALL of the questions that we had about our furnace. He showed us everything that he was doing and what he was about to repair. He called around for the parts that he needed and the only place that had the was in Carmel and so he left and drove there for the parts he needed. Now mind you, we live on the East side of Indianapolis. He was able to get the part and needed and fixed our furnace in a matter of minutes. He helped us with different financing options. "Joe Schmoe’s gave us outstanding diagnostics and exceptional service. I believe their names were Erich Roeder and Greg (we never got his last name maybe?) and they were just the kind of electricians you want. They arrived as scheduled, and got right to work. They gave a complete and full diagnostic of a set of failed circuits, and made a couple of recommendations to resolve. They got us fixed temporarily since we had visitors and didn't want them climbing around in the attic or ripping out drywall late in the evening. After the holidays we'll have them back to do a proper permanent repair. I fully recommend Joe Schmo's and will use them again myself."

"Had a "Plan" with 2 Dif Heating/cooling firms that ended up being shoddy in compliance with the "plan" but lied about needing expensive parts for service.Heat exchanger , should haVE OBTAINED A SECOND OPINION. Last scam was told the furnace was beyond repair[$2200.00 ] quote, and to buy a new one. Felt problem was minor, leaking trap in furnace. On Friday, with no appt,was sent a gifted tech who worked for 2 hours to fix the leak . Trap was never cleaned out in 11 years of regular service.despite my specific asking for it to be done. He arrived on time and left the area tidy. Cost ? $94.00 for everything. Will never use anyone else. This is the "A" team."
