Reviews
Write a ReviewThe technician was so friendly and polite. He was on time, and was done in a very short time. Would use Ben Franklin again.
Customer service on the phone and the technians have all been courteous, resposive and helpful
On time and did the job in a short amount of time
We began using Ben Franklin many years ago when another plumbing company installed the wrong type of pump in our ejector pit. Ben Franklin's plumbers/technicians are ALWAYS courteous, professional, informational, helpful in any way possible. Their service is timely as well.
They came in and finished the job quickly and left the job site clean. Highest quality company.
Just had these guys out this morning to fix a leaky shower. While the service tech was looking at the shower, I asked how much the repair would cost. His response was "to replace the cartridge, $327.00. That's mostly labor." So I felt inclined to ask how long it would take since that sounded like a lot of labor. His response, "about 30 minutes." Then a moment later he said "or it could take a couple hours and it requires a special tool to remove the cartridge." At this point I thanked him for his time and asked if he could just give me an estimate. For perspective, a new cartridge cost me $18.98 at Lowes (it came with the less than special tool) and, after watching a 15 minute youtube video on replacing the cartridge for my specific shower, I did the job myself in under 30 minutes. I have done business with Benjamin Franklin in the past and always felt they were a bit expensive, but, this was a lesson I was unwilling to continue paying for.
We experienced a sump pump failure with a lot of damage and Ben Franklin arrived quickly and saved the day.
Too expensive
They came and did their work well.
They've always done a good job for me, and I would recommend them to others.
