Although this project was pricey enough to cause a bit of buyer's remorse even before it was done, the service man was impeccable in his work and the job did include service for the next 10 years.

Terrible pricing. Over $500 to replace the internals of the toilet. I could have purchased new toilets for the whole house and half the neighborhood for that amount. The tech was only here for 1/2 hour, so it was not an hourly rate issue. Grossly overpriced and a great disappointment. An experience we won't forget. I have done this work in the past and would have done it this time, but because of some surgery I couldn't. We will not be using this company again.

The Staff except for the person named Maggis was very nice, Mr, Roach had a nasty ugly attutide he'd the head staff in charged. He was very ruled and I didnt care for this non sense. The person that did the job name Mr. Corbin was very professional and I like his work and I was very pleased of the outcome. I would hire him again but Mr. Roach and Michael them both need to learn how to talk to customers with respect. Next time I might not be as nice and friendly
