All was good. Very nice, prompt. Reasonably priced for snaking. Took a 3 different trips estimates & work but did not charge me for trips. Wish I would've had cost saving alternative estimates. But otherwise happy with cost & outcome.

The disposal did not work. He “fixed” it but could not prove it worked. He left an Allen wrench behind for the next time it did not work. That time was the first time I tried to use it after he “fixed” it. It did not work and I have no recourse because this work is not warrantied. Why? He said people break it on purpose. I never enjoyed using it repaired!
