i was very impressed with the professional attitude and service that i recieved. i would definately recommend ben franklin plumbing to anyone.
Prompt and cost-effective
Technician was throughly competent & friendly
They did a great job looking at all the plumbing in the house. They also cleared a sink at a very very reasonable price.
They were able to come out the evening I submitted the request for work. They do, however, promote no emergency rates/24 hours, etc. but they are pricey. The job required about 15 minutes of cleaning out the water heater and was charged $140. That was their lowest price point as their services fall between 1-5 levels. This was a level 1 service at $140. This does not include the $49 service call as I had the coupon (which you can print online).
he arrived on time ,surveyed the problem . next, he explained the cost to correct the problem .the job was finished in less than expected time and he left the work area clean.
