He was extremely polite and professional. We reviewed our options, researched the offered products and prices, and found their quality to be superior and the investment to be a more than fair price for the quality. We completed the documentation agreement with our choices and contacted Cornerstone Pros to make the appointment. They forwarded me through to Chris again who was able to get the new system installed the very next day, despite it being a weekend (Saturday). I received another appointment confirmation email with the name and picture of my installer, Josh. Josh and his co-worker arrived at my house first thing Saturday morning. With 2 people working, the estimated installation time was cut in half, ensuring that our system would be fully functional by early afternoon. Both technicians were polite, respectful, and informative, explaining how to navigate through our new system, as well as ensuring the county permits would be issued once the business week reopened (I received my permit on Tuesday, along with a phone call to confirm) and the steps we would take to walk through that process. Cornerstone Pros is a company you can trust. They are deeply vested in this community, and their care for their clientele is evident. We are so happy with their customer service, quality, work, and professionalism, and we highly recommend them to everyone we know. "I went through home advisor to find a plumber to fix my guest room toilet. Jonny Doan plumbing was recommended. I received a call immediately to confirm the appointment day and time I selected. I received a call on the morning of the appointment to ask if the plumber could come earlier. Of course I agreed. Austin showed up promptly and went right to work assessing the problem. He attempted to fix it by adding a part but since the part did not fix the problem, Austin suggested that I replace the unit. I had the option of purchasing the new fixture myself and paying for installation or buying the fixture from the company and include installation. I chose the latter. I called the office to set up the installation and they were able to come back within the hour to do it. Austin returned and installed the new toilet within 30 minutes. He was efficient, the price was reasonable and the whole experience was pleasant from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others."
