Excellent and responsive

Perfect job in every way.. Edgar was super competent and efficient.....and couldn't have been nicer. He arrived 15 minutes early, identified the issue, brought a cool bright light to show me exactly what was leaking, that he had the parts with him and said he could complete the whole job in about 20 minutes or so. I wasn't expecting that and thought he would be giving me a price and then would have to come back when he had the part. But that was good news and told him let's do it. He went down to his car, came back with the parts and his tools and less than half an hour later he told me to come take a look, it was all fixed. And he already had cleaned up and put the part he replaced away in his case to dispose of. Why aren't all contractors like that? If you have a plumbing issue, I don't know why anyone wouldn't use these guys. A perfect job in every way. After the job, Danny, the owner sent me my invoice and receipt including warranty. 5 stars because 10 wasn't allowed

This company is awesome! Jarrett was prompt, very nice and very knowledgeable. He changed the faucet with no problems, and then cleaned up. Danny you are an awesome person, kind and understanding. These are the kind of people you feel safe letting in your home to work. I would give more stars if able. Thank you for your service it surpassed my expectations.

Everything went perfectly. Edgar showed up right on time. Actually, 15 minutes early. He came with bright lights to see under the sink. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed me exactly where the leak was. Then he told me he could fix it right then and there, which I wasn't even expecting. We agreed on the price. I asked him how long it would take, and he told me around 20 minutes, and he had the materials with him. He went down to his truck, came right back with the materials, went right to work, and less than half an hour later, he told me to come see it was finished. He turned the water on and..... no leak!! All fixed. Afterwards, he collected the old materials and took them away. We tested it once again and...no leak!!! Perfect. Why aren't all contractors like this? Additionally, Edgar was friendly, super competent, and efficient. I don't know why anyone would choose another vendor for plumbing. I'd give 10 stars, but only 5 were allowed.

Had a clogged sink and reached out to several companies on a Sunday afternoon. YC Plumbing LLC called first, right away. Danny was professional, courteous, and knew what the problem may be right away. I set up an appointment and his guys came out and took care of the issue without any problems. Will use them again if needed.

Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level.

BEWARE!! This company ripped me off!! I requested to reconnect my cold-water line and hook up my dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. I was advised that a water pressure test would be done to determine whether the cold-water line was functioning properly. I was told that if the line was functioning, they would reconnect the cold-water line to my faucet and hook up the dishwasher hose for $385. I agreed to proceed under the understanding that this would resolve my cold-water issue. I received a call minutes later that the water pressure test ?was not good? and that the repair would now cost approximately $2,600. Despite me declining the additional repair, they then advised me that they had already proceeded with the so-called repair after conducting the pressure test. The work they performed did NOT resolve my cold-water issue, yet they still demanded that I pay $385 for incomplete and ineffective work. They even threatened to place a lien on my home if I did not pay.

YC plumbing did an “Outstanding job with the installation of my new water heater. The plumber was very professional, experienced and got everything done accurately and quickly. I really appreciated how YC plumbing completed everything the very next day after I hired them. Highly recommend!”

The work was done the last week of January, and it was about replacing the toilet's valve and flapper We are very sorry to leave this review so late. What is important is that this company and its workers are reliable, responsible, professional, and actually care about their customers. Will we recommend them? Absolutely!!
