"I'm at the beginning of getting replacement windows for my home. I went to google to ask for window companies in my area. Someone responded right away and set up an appointment for me. Mike Cary, sales rep, came right on time and answered the questions I had. I wasn't rushed at all and he explained the procedure from start to finish. Some came on the line and set up appt for final measurements needed. Dennis, called and let me know he was coming to do the measurements. He was respectful of my home and was also right on time. Kathy Falasca, called to check bases on my HOA concerning Licensing and Insurance info. She was helpful and polite. Even though we've got a long ways to go before my windows will arrive (through no fault of the company) I am, so far very pleased with Morgan Exteriors Inc."

"My experience was awesome with West Shore Homes from Archie the salesperson who used no high pressure sales talk and listened to my needs and my cost expectations; to office staff I spoke with; and then the installers Nick M. And Aiden J. Nick and Aiden arrived around 8:30 am and worked nonstop all day. They finished the construction and shower installation by 4:00pm. "Wow! Exceptional build! A simple phone call to request an estimate turned into a beautiful covered and screened-in lanai. Larry came out to provide an estimate and right out of the gate he showed his interest in wanting to know exactly what was wanted and the understanding of the high expectation I was demanding. His desire to build the best lanai was evident by the additional little touches provided in regards to design and stability. I can't say enough about this experience and the final product. He removed a soffit - removed old cabinets - installed new cabinets - backsplash - and *saved* us about $15,000.00 (we had originally planned on going with Home Depot) Everyday before leaving Pedro and his men made sure the work area was clean. Work was completed in the tame frame promised - I love my kitchen - it looks amazing â ¦."
