"The plumber was awesome customer services was outstanding Dustin worked so hard and wouldn’t leave until he was satisfied with his work I even stressed to him I would call a septic service out and told him my past experiences with this company I had used in past and he was so apologetic and it wasn’t even his fault didn’t even know the company but he assured me I wouldn’t have to worry bout being disappointed with his work and I wasn’t I felt really bad cause he went above and beyond a lot of the things he checked out or done wasn’t evening things he had to do Dustin I appreciate you sooo much also this was Friday evening & he even called and checked on us Monday if I or friends/family ever need a great plumber Dustin the plumber will be the first & only one I would refer he was so honest respectful and didn’t treat me as if I was just a customer Thnk u again & again you’re totally awesome s street Wendell nc"

"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "I have had several experiences with Blanton.’s over the past few years. I have been very pleased with their employees, teams, and, particularly, their overall business practices. Having had 2 basement floods in the past few years caused by hairpin holes in the pipes. They did a great job repairing/replacing all of my pipes, some electrical work, and HVAC, all in a timely and safe manner. The technicians would give descriptions and probable time/costs their tasks would require. They were polite! Only late yesterday afternoon, I called them to tell of a leak under my kitchen sink. The technicians were here at 8:30 am this morning, repaired the leak, AND advised me there was no charge. How many firms would do that!!!"

"Amazing!!! We had an urgent need for our main sewage line to be unclogged. We had one of the "big companies" come out and they wanted to charge us almost $700/hr. so we had to tell them to leave. So then I got in touch with Brandon and he came out promptly the next morning (which happened to be xmas eve) and got our nightmare of a problem resolved AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE, nonetheless! He was kind and courteous, and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues!"

Chase came over and evaluated the project and worked with me to get what I wanted within my budget. Chris and Matt tore out the old tub and surround, put in backer board and replaced the feeder lines for the water the first day. They were timely and very neat. Chris and Matt returned the following day and installed a beautiful shower and even repaired the floor where the tub jutted out and the shower wouldn't cover. I had the needed floor sections. Everyone I worked with at Luxury Bath was wonderful and they followed up with my lifetime warrantee. I am extremely happy with my new shower and would recommend Luxury Bath & Kitchens to anyone that wants a professional, beautiful shower!"

David (Project Manager) made a point of walking us through everything we had to consider and made sure the new units we chose would meet our requirements. He did not push the larger, higher priced models. Everyone with the company was very professional and courteous, arranging their schedule to fit us in quickly.
