The plumber was awesome customer services was outstanding Dustin worked so hard and wouldn’t leave until he was satisfied with his work I even stressed to him I would call a septic service out and told him my past experiences with this company I had used in past and he was so apologetic and it wasn’t even his fault didn’t even know the company but he assured me I wouldn’t have to worry bout being disappointed with his work and I wasn’t I felt really bad cause he went above and beyond a lot of the things he checked out or done wasn’t evening things he had to do Dustin I appreciate you sooo much also this was Friday evening & he even called and checked on us Monday if I or friends/family ever need a great plumber Dustin the plumber will be the first & only one I would refer he was so honest respectful and didn’t treat me as if I was just a customer Thnk u again & again you’re totally awesome s street Wendell nc

Work was urgent and Dustin rearranged his schedule to fit me in first,thing the next day. I called him the previous evening relevantly late. He was pleasant, professional and got the job done in a few hours. His fees were quite reasonable. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Dustin contacted me within minutes of requesting a quote and talked at length with me about the clogged bathroom drains. He was at my home the very next morning as scheduled. In the process of trying to fix the issue of the clogged bathroom drains he found another more pressing problem with cracked cast iron pipes, as I have a very old house. He took the time to go under my home and take pictures to show me what he was explaining to me. He then gave me options along with price to take care of the issue he found as well as my original issue of clogged bathroom drains. He working until the cast iron pipe that was cracked was replaced and then focused on the clogged drain issue. He did not leave my home until the drains were open and everything was flowing as it should be. He was courteous, generous with his time and very thorough. His rates are very, very reasonable. He will be getting more business from me down the line as there are other projects that I need to address.

Dustin was amazing. He contacted me within moments of making a request. He talked me through the issue thoroughly and was at my home within an hour. He was courteous, generous and very thorough. He ended up digging out two holes in my yard to diagnose the problem and updated parts of my system. He spent the entire day working non-stop to assist with my issue. After leaving, he stayed in touch with me to confirm more details and provide additional assistance. I cannot recommend Dustin enough. He will be my ONLY call from now on.

Dustin was great - came out last minute on a Sunday afternoon to solved a clogged garbage disposal. He was friendly, communicated proactively about his schedule and solved the issue quickly and at a reasonable rate.
